Kuala Lumpur Deer Park

Kuala Lumpur Deer Park is a beautiful place located in the undulating slopes and sprawling valley of the Lake Gardens next to the Orchid Gardens and not far from the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. The Deer Park is about 2 hectares landscaping has been well thought out and lush trees and shrubs planted to ensure that the habitat is cooling and peaceful.

In this well chosen peaceful deer park is where visitors can find the world’s smallest hoofed animal, the Mouse Deer. The Mouse Deer is also a popular figure in local folklore due to its legendary wit. In addition, visitors can see hinds, does and fawns, representing some of the smaller species, roaming freely in the sprawling valley.

Deers are gentle and intelligent creatures. Visitors are allowed to mingle with these friendly and adorable deers. Much to visitor’s delight, these friendly deer will usually come close to be fed as you watch them.
