Kuala Lumpur Tower, or KL Tower (or locally Menara Kuala Lumpur) is a must toured place for all tourists who are visiting to Kuala Lumpur. Kuala Lumpur Tower was established in 1995 and it has a total height of 335 m (1,099 feet) from the ground to the tower roof. Kuala Lumpur Tower was built for communication purposes. Therefore, the tower includes an antenna with a height of 421 m (1,381 feet), making the tower becoming the fifth tallest tower in the world. The rest of the tower below has a stairwell and an elevator to reach the upper area.
The upper parts have a revolving restaurant called Seri Angkasa and the observation deck. Visitors can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the beautiful Kuala Lumpur city. The revolving restaurant is located at 282m above ground and it is a great experience to be there and to see KL city under your feet while dining. Tourists should make a reservation in advance. It is a semi-fine dining ambience so be in your casual attire, no slippers or shorts.
